Tamriel faces annihilation. Molag Bal has claimed the Imperial City while the alliances, locked in a bitter conflict with one another, struggle to seize the Ruby Throne from the clutches of Oblivion. The Elder Scrolls Online is now available for Mac and Windows PC, and to commemorate the massively multiplayer online role-playing game’s launch, developer ZeniMax has shared a new cinematic trailer for the title.

The trailer below, “The Siege,” is a five-minute look at conflict tearing the world of Tamriel apart. The Imperial City has been overrun by Molag Bal while the three alliances struggle to reconcile their own differences. Cyrodiil is a battlefield — and as of today, players can enter the fray.

The Elder Scrolls Online is slated to launch on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One this June.
